Here's to the ones.
The ones who feel weak, empty, and wonder how they'll put one foot in front of the other.
And yet, keep going.
The ones who face the worst fears a parent could imagine without a choice.
And yet, keep going.
The ones who make the most difficult decisions of their lives for what is best for their children.
And yet, keep going.
The ones who are exhausted and haven't slept in days because of the emotional trauma they face each day.
And yet, keep going.
The ones who have to balance life, grief, anxiety, PTSD, and trauma.
And yet, keep going.
The ones who do anything to protect their child during a high-risk pregnancy, in the NICU, and after the NICU.
And yet, keep going.
The ones who will move mountains to protect their child's memory.
And yet, keep going.
NICU parents and parents who have lost a child are the most courageous ones I know.
Keep going.
Keep putting one foot in front of the other.
Your tribe stands alongside you.
